Gastronomy at N.V. Tasting
We welcome you to gastronomic experiences Friday – Saturday from 18:00-00:00. Additionally, we are more than happy to accommodate smaller and larger groups by prior arrangement.
At N.V. Tasting you can experience two different culinary experiences: The Tasting Experience and Petit Tasting. Our talented team of chefs takes you on a gastronomic journey with food made from scratch and the region’s absolute best ingredients.
We have very limited ability to accommodate allergies, special diets, etc. All servings in our menus are complex and time-consuming, making it very difficult to adapt them. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs, so please feel free to contact us with specific requests.
The Tasting Experience

Wine or non-alcoholic menu
tailored to the food
When you order a gastronomic experience at N.V. Tasting, you have the option to add either a wine or non-alcoholic menu – both are of course carefully tailored to the various dishes in the gastronomic experience. The non-alcoholic menu consists of juices from our very own homemade recipes.
