Kitchen Manager Niklas Ormstrup
Stands at the helm of Classique.
At the helm of Restaurant Classiqué is Head Chef Niklas Ormstrup. He combines his experience from the classic French cuisine with an uncompromising passion for quality ingredients, along with the ever-changing surroundings of the manor.
Niklas has a great passion for French cuisine, and this is clearly reflected in the menu, which is characterized by French-inspired à la carte dishes for both lunch and dinner.
