When hosting a meeting or conference at our manor, you can choose from various packages depending on the time of day the meeting will take place. Below you can see an overview of the meeting packages that we typically offer. Both the meeting time and catering can of course be adjusted to your wishes and needs.
All our meetings and conferences start with a warm welcome from our conference host, Janni, who will go through the day’s program with you and ensure that the AV equipment is set up so you can quickly get started.

Regardless of which meeting package you choose, you are always guaranteed modern facilities and top-notch catering. Depending on the time of day your meeting is scheduled, we will treat you to our popular breakfast buffet or delicious gourmet cuisine from our restaurant.
We ensure that your meeting room is always refreshed and supplied with exclusive Bühlmann coffee, tea, and ice water. When you need a break during the day, we’ll provide you with lovely refreshments.

Conference days
With overnight stay
On the arrival day, you will be greeted in the meeting room by your host and morning buffet with homemade morning rolls, organic cheese and butter from Thise Mejeri, as well as local sausages and specialties. Throughout the day, you’ll be provided with coffee from our own coffee farm in Guatemala, tea, iced water, and fresh fruit. Lunch is enjoyed at Restaurant Classique and offers a delicious selection of light and fresh lunch dishes served as social dining at the tables. Back in the meeting room, you can look forward to afternoon coffee with the pastry chef’s homemade baked goods. In the evening, you’ll enjoy a 2-course dinner at Classique.
After a good night’s sleep, you’ll meet for brunch in the restaurant. In the meeting room, there is coffee, tea, ice water, and fresh fruit – just like the day before. Lunch is enjoyed at Restaurant Classique, where you can look forward to trying several delicious local specialties. In the afternoon, our pastry chef will again treat you to something sweet.
