Frequently asked questions
Below you can find answers to some of the questions we are most often asked when staying at our manor house. You can find information about check-in and check-out, as well as opening hours for all our facilities, among other things.

Rooms
Can I bring my pet for the stay?
- We welcome quiet and clean dogs in our special dog rooms and have put together a dog package to make your four-legged friend’s stay comfortable.
- Inform us when booking that you are traveling with a dog and we will prepare everything for your check-in. Price: 495,- in total.
Is it possible to upgrade the room?
- You can upgrade the room for an additional fee. For example, we can offer a large suite, junior suite with bathtub, junior suite with fireplace and superior room with bathtub.
Can you stay overnight if you have reduced mobility?
- At Nørre Vosborg we offer a wide range of ground floor rooms with easy access.
- We also have an elevator for the rooms located on the 1st floor. Contact the reception by email: hotel@hotelvosborg.dk if you want to hear more about the possibilities.
Do you have allergy-friendly rooms?
- We have two rooms that are allergy-friendly. Always let us know in advance if you have any allergies – also when it comes to food.
- All smoking including e-cigarettes is prohibited indoors.
- Smoking is only allowed in our outdoor areas and on the black wing terraces.
- There will be a supplement of 3,000 DKK / 400 EUR for smoking indoors.
Is there free Wi-Fi in the rooms?
- Yes, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Payment
Which credit card can i use for payment?
- We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that there is a fee for some credit card – although not for Dankort.
- Nørre Vosborg reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit/debit card before your arrival. If you book a non-refundable stay, we will charge your credit card at the time of booking.
- If you use a debit card for your booking, your bank will hold the amount for 30 days. If you wish to have the funds released before the 30 days are up after your stay, you should contact the hotel directly with your reservation number, and the hotel will assist in releasing the funds. Nørre Vosborg can notify your bank via DIBS to release the amount, but only your bank can delete the reservation of the amount. Debit cards include Visa Electron, Maestro or Mastercard Direct.
Do i get my money back upon cancellation?
- It depends on the type of stay you purchased and when you cancel it.

Transport
- Guests can park for free right in front of the manor house on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are there bus and train connections nearby?

There are both train and bus connections from within Vemb town, which is approximately a 30-minute walk (2.5 km) from the hotel.
Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?
- Yes, we have EON charging stations with the capacity to charge 8 electric cars.
- Type 2 – 22 kW
- The charging stations are open and accessible to everyone, which means you don’t need to be an EON customer to use them.
- Download the E-on Drive app, link your payment card and you’re ready to use the charger.

- Coffee/cake and cocktail/wine bar in the afternoon Monday – Saturday.
