NØRRE VOSBORG’S PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS FOR STAYS

For individual bookings, up to and including 9 rooms, made directly with Nørre Vosborg, the following conditions apply:

Payment terms

Online bookings of stays
For bookings of stays made on our website, the price of the stay will be charged to the credit card on the day of arrival.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, we will charge the amount corresponding to the first night.

Online non-refundable stay bookings
When booking non-refundable stays on the hotel’s website, the price of the stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking. This booking cannot be changed or canceled.

New Year’s Stay
When booking New Year’s Stay (package), the price of the stay will be charged to your card on November 31 if you book before this date. If you book after December 1, the money will be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel after November 31, the amount will not be refunded.

Other bookings
For bookings made by phone, e-mail or in person, we ask for a credit card number and expiration date to guarantee the booking.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, we will deduct the amount corresponding to the first night.

Change and cancellation terms

Cancellation of rooms with and without breakfast
Bookings of rooms with and without breakfast can be canceled free of charge until 18:00 local time the day before arrival. If the room is canceled after that time, we will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the total stay.

Cancellation of stays with dinner
1 – 4 rooms: Stays with dinner can be canceled free of charge, no later than 2 days before arrival before 18:00. If canceled after this, the full price of the stay will be invoiced.
5 – 9 rooms: Stays with dinner can be canceled free of charge no later than 5 days before arrival before 18:00. After that, a reduction of 1 room can be made until 2 days before arrival before 18:00. If canceled after this, the full price of the stay will be invoiced.

Cancellation of New Year’s stays
New Year’s stays can be canceled free of charge before November 31 at 24.00. If canceled after this, the full price of the stay will be invoiced.

Cancellation of prepaid stays
Booking of prepaid stays, such as events, concerts and special events, are prepaid and cannot be changed, canceled or refunded after booking. Payment is charged to the credit card at the time of booking. The website always states whether stays, events, concerts and special events are prepaid.

How to change and cancel
Changes and cancellations must always be made in writing. Please send an email to the hotel and your email will be confirmed. Changes are subject to any price increases that may occur during the period from the date of your booking until the time of change or cancellation. Please note that some offers cannot be canceled, refunded or changed.
Reservations made through 3rd party agents such as booking.com, Expedia, hotels.com etc. must be changed at the 3rd party agent where the reservation was made.

Conditions: Booking of 10 rooms or more

If 10 rooms or more are booked for the same period, the hotel will consider this as a group booking, which may result in a change of prices and general conditions – including cancellation and payment terms.

A prepayment of 10% is payable at the time of booking.
In case of total cancellation of reservation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
“Arrival” means the first arrival day of the group booking.
The cut-off time for cancellation is 18:00.

10 – 20 room
Until 30 days before arrival, 100% can be canceled free of charge
From 29 days until 20 days before arrival, 50% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 19 days until 10 days before arrival, 25% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 9 days until 5 days before arrival, 10% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 4 days until 24 hours before arrival, 5% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
After that, 100% of the last agreed amount is invoiced

21 -50 rooms
Up to 60 days before arrival 100% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge
From 59 days until 40 days before arrival 50% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 39 days until 20 days before arrival 25% of the reservation can be canceled free of charge free of charge
From 19 days until 10 days before arrival, 10% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 9 days until 3 days before arrival, 5% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
After that, 100% of the last agreed amount will be charged

50+ rooms
Up to 90 days prior to arrival 100% can be canceled free of charge
From 89 days until 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 59 days until 30 days prior to arrival 25% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge free of charge
From 29 days until 15 days prior to arrival, 10% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
From 14 days until 3 days prior to arrival, 5% of the last confirmation can be canceled free of charge
After that, 100% of the last agreed amount will be charged

NØRRE VOSBORG’S PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION TERMS FOR PRIVATE PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS

Cancellation of the event on the planned date, as well as any upward and downward adjustments, must always be made in writing by email.

Cancellations can be made free of charge no later than 91 days before the event. However, prepayment is non-refundable.

1. From 90 days until 60 days before the event, 50% of the last confirmed number can be canceled free of charge
2. From 59 days until 30 days before the event, 25% of the last confirmed number can be canceled free of charge
3. From 29 days to 48 hours, a 5% downward adjustment can be made
4. After that, 100% of the latest confirmation is invoiced

Deposit
Upon confirmation of the event, a deposit of DKK 3,000 will be charged. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Change of event date
When changing the date of the event, we refer to the above conditions.

Payment
50% of the confirmed amount is payable no later than 14 days before the event.

The remaining amount is paid after the party by credit card via a payment link.

NØRRE VOSBORG’S CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES

Note: Cancellation and rescission must always be made in writing. Cancellation and rescission means total cancellation, reduction, curtailment, rescheduling and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation. The cut-off time for cancellation is 18:00 – 48 hours before the arrival date.

Payment: Meetings and conferences of DKK 2,000 or less are settled at the hotel before departure.
Public institutions with an EAN number can always receive the invoice after the event.

MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES UP TO 30 PEOPLE

Cancellation

• Up to 45 days before the 1st event day, 100% can be canceled free of charge
• From 44 days until 21 days before the 1st event day, 50% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• From 20 days until 10 days before the 1st event day, 25% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• From 9 days until 48 hours before the 1st event day, 5% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• After that, 100% of the last agreed price will be invoiced

MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES UP TO 50 PEOPLE

Cancellation

• Up to 60 days before the 1st event day, 100% can be canceled free of charge
• From 59 days until 40 days before the 1st event day, 50% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• From 39 days until 25 days before the 1st event day, 25% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• From 24 days until 48 hours before the 1st event day, 5% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• After this, 100% of the last agreed price will be invoiced

MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES 51+ PEOPLE

Cancellation

• Up to 90 days before the 1st event day, 100% can be canceled free of charge
• From 89 days until 50 days before the 1st event day, 50% of the latest confirmation can be canceled
• From 49 days until 30 days before the 1st event day, 25% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• From 29 days until 48 hours before the 1st event day, 5% of the latest confirmation can be canceled free of charge
• After this, 100% of the last agreed price will be invoiced
