Christmas lunch at Nørre Vosborg
All of November and December
A truly special evening with good traditions and genuine Christmas spirit at the manor. Nørre Vosborg is ready with well-set tables and plenty of Christmas cheer when you arrive. We serve a traditional Christmas lunch with plenty of Christmas cheer and follow it up with a party. And if you need accommodation for the Christmas party, we can of course arrange that too.
Program:
- 6:00 PM – Arrival & welcome bubbles
- 18:30 – Christmas lunch incl. free, beer, water and wine until 01:00
- 9:30 PM – Evening coffee served with dessert and Christmas sweets
- 10:00 PM – Party and bar with free wine, beer, and soft drinks until 1:00 AM
- 1:00 AM – Thank you for tonight.

Appetizers
Served as an exclusive buffet on the tables.
Old-fashioned matured white herring from the Limfjord with curry salad, capers, onions, and horseradish
Old-fashioned matured herring with red onions, capers, and horseradish
Gravlax with dill, fennel, and star anise, served with traditional dill sauce and crispy rye bread
Fish fillet of beautiful North Sea plaice, breaded in panko and rye flour, served with homemade remoulade and lemon
Hand-peeled sea-cooked shrimp with homemade, old-fashioned mayonnaise and soft-boiled egg
Duck rillette made from organic ducks from Vinderup, served with pickled lingonberries

Confit of organic duck leg from Vinderup with port wine-glazed prunes and apples
Roasted Christmas sausage made from organic pork from Hestbjerg, served with creamed kale, beets, mustard, and caramelized potatoes
Crispy roast pork with crackling made from organic pork from Hestbjerg, served with pickled red cabbage and orange
Salad with roasted beets, kale, and a mild cherry glaze
Potatoes from Spjald roasted in duck fat with thyme and garlic
Delicious red cabbage salad with orange and walnuts

Risalamande with almonds and cherry sauce, infused with cinnamon, vanilla, and anise
Danish artisan cheeses with homemade pickled specialties and crunchy crispbread
Delicious oat truffles with hazelnuts and homemade Christmas treats

In connection with the event, it is of course possible to purchase various delicacies and a lovely overnight stay at our charming manor hotel.
- Double room incl. breakfast brunch for 2 persons: 1.195,- per person
- Afternoon Christmas cozy time with Christmas treats, games, mulled wine, æbleskiver (traditional Danish Christmas pastry), and Christmas music: 145 DKK per person.
- Delicious punch bowls with options like Mojito, Bramble, Gin Hass, Aperol Spritz: 1.000 DKK each (5 liters).
- Open cocktail bar from 10pm to 1am as an addition to the open bar: 195 DKK per person.
- Night meal consisting of delicious “do-it-yourself” gourmet hot dogs: 125,- per person
